Management of Automobile Plant URAL JSC and its subsidiaries

Pavel was born in 1968. He graduated from the Faculty of Industrial Enterprise Management of the Ural State Economic University. He began his career in 1987 as service engineer at NPO Avtomatika (Yekaterinburg). In 1997 he was appointed the Deputy General Director of the Automobile Plant URAL OJSC, and one year later he became the Commercial Director. In 2000–2001, he was the General Director of the Ural Tire Plant (Uralshina). Since 2001, he worked as the Deputy General Director of Ruspromavto and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Automobile Plant URAL OJSC. In August 2003, he was appointed the Procurement and Logistics Director at the Mineral and Chemical Company EuroChem. Since March 2019, he is the Head of the Trucks Business Unit and the General Director of the Automobile Plant URAL.
